Tôi, người ký tên dưới đây, bằng văn bản này xin xác nhận và cam kết các nội dung sau liên
quan đến dịch vụ chuẩn bị hồ sơ xin bảo lãnh của tôi do Công ty ICAVIET Immigration LLC (sau đây gọi tắt
là “Công ty”) hỗ trợ chuẩn bị:
1. Nhận phí & Kết thúc dịch vụ: Tôi đồng ý nhận lại khoản phí dịch vụ
nêu trên. Ngay khi nhận đủ số tiền này, Công ty chính thức kết thúc mọi trách nhiệm và nghĩa vụ chuẩn bị
hồ sơ cho tôi.
2. Không yêu cầu hỗ trợ thêm: Tôi sẽ không yêu cầu Công ty hướng dẫn, hay
cung cấp thêm bất kỳ thông tin nào liên quan đến hồ sơ sau khi đã nhận đủ thanh toán.
3. Xóa dữ liệu bảo mật: Tôi đồng ý để Công ty xóa toàn bộ thông tin, hồ sơ
lưu trữ của tôi lưu tại công ty nhằm mục đích bảo mật dữ liệu của tôi.
4. Tự chịu trách nhiệm hồ sơ: Tôi tự chịu trách nhiệm về toàn bộ kết quả hồ
sơ của tôi kể từ thời điểm ký xác nhận kết thúc dịch vụ này.
5. Bảo hộ thông tin của Công ty: Tôi cam kết không
sử dụng bất kỳ file, hình ảnh hoặc thông tin nào liên quan đến hồ sơ do Công ty ICAVIET Immigration LLC
cung cấp để gửi cho bên thứ ba hoặc các bên không liên quan khi chưa có sự đồng ý bằng văn bản của Công
ty.
I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions
regarding the preparation of my application supported by ICAVIET Immigration LLC:
1. Fee Refund & Service Termination: I agree to receive the service fee
refund specified above. Upon full receipt of this payment, ICAVIET Immigration LLC’s obligations and
legal responsibilities regarding the preparation of my application file shall officially and completely
terminate.
2. No Further Support Request: I shall not request ICAVIET Immigration LLC
to provide any further instructions, preparation, or information related to my application file after
receiving full payment.
3. Data Deletion & Privacy: I agree and consent to ICAVIET Immigration
LLC permanently deleting all of my personal information, records, and documentation stored at the company
to ensure data security and privacy.
4. Sole Responsibility: I assume full responsibility for all outcomes and
results regarding my application file from the date of signing this termination agreement.
5. Protection of ICAVIET Immigration LLC’s
Information: I undertake not to use any files, images, or information related to the
application file provided by ICAVIET Immigration LLC to disclose or transmit to any third parties or
unrelated entities without prior written consent from ICAVIET Immigration LLC.
